Bella Falconi at the age of 27 has in the past year appeared in numerous fitness magazines and been one of the body’s that everyone on line is talking about – and for good reason! It was only at the start of 2012 that Bella Falconi began to think seriously about her fitness and diet, though she always thought she was an active and healthy person previously. Since then she has developed an incredible physique and build with an unstoppable attitude!
Bella Falconi’s workout routine is an intense 6 day routine done Monday through Saturday with only Sunday off! Bella will do HIIT (High intensity interval training) cardio for shedding excess weight when needing to slim down. Bella’s routine includes a lot of ab and glute work along with some heavy leg work. Bella Falconi’s diet is ultra healthy. No junk, no processed food, sugars and starches. Keeping to whole grains like quinoa and brown rice, with a tonne of vegetables and legumes for nutrients and vitamins. Protein for Bella comes from eggs (mainly whites) and white lean meats. Water is very important for her, like it should be for everyone. Always have a bottle of water with you or a pint next to you at a desk.
